  • Weekly check-ins with leadership teams
     

  • Targeted coaching & mentorship
     

  • On-site observations & improvement strategies
     

  • Daily M–F availability for consultation
     

  • Add-on: CPR/First Aid, injury prevention & performance training

Level 3

Annual Partnership

Best for:  Comprehensive, full-year engagement.

Includes Level 2, plus:

 

  • Full evaluation and revision of key protocols & policies
     

  • Stakeholder engagement & data gathering
     

  • Final document production (Board-ready)
     

  • Academic, fiscal, and operational reviews
     

  • 7-day availability for leadership support
     

  • Add-on: CPR/First Aid, injury prevention & performance training
